Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz each) garbanzo beans, drained
  • 2/3 cup tahini
  • 4 roasted red peppers
  • juice of one lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of cayenne
  • pinch of cumin

Steps

  1. In a food processor combine garbanzo beans, tahini, garlic, roasted red peppers, lemon juice and salt.
  2. Process until mixture is smooth.
  3. Adjust salt and lemon to taste.
  4. Add cayenne and cumin for added spice is desired.
  5. Serve with Food Should Taste Good Black Bean Tortilla Chips & enjoy!
