Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz each) garbanzo beans, drained
- 2/3 cup tahini
- 4 roasted red peppers
- juice of one lemon
- 2 cloves garlic
- pinch of salt
- pinch of cayenne
- pinch of cumin
Steps
- In a food processor combine garbanzo beans, tahini, garlic, roasted red peppers, lemon juice and salt.
- Process until mixture is smooth.
- Adjust salt and lemon to taste.
- Add cayenne and cumin for added spice is desired.
