Healthy Garden Veggie Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups light sour cream
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion powder or dried minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons fresh chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons fresh chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup finely grated carrot (1/2 a carrot)
  • 1/4 cup broccoli florets, stems removed
  • Food Should Taste Good Multigrain Tortilla Chips

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix.
  2. Pop it in the fridge overnight to allow the flavors to amplify.
  3. Serve dip alongside a mountain of Food Should Taste Good Tortilla chips and watch it disappear!
NOTE: Dip can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
