Four Cheese Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  3. Beat in the mayonnaise + sauces until smooth.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and stir together until combined.
  5. Transfer the dip to a pie plate or shallow gratin dish.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes until the top is golden brown and the dip is bubbling.
  7. Serve hot with Food Should Taste Good Multigrain Tortilla Chips & enjoy!
