Green Goddess Dip

 Ingredients

  • 3 oz basil
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Olive oil
  • 16 oz cottage cheese
  • Salt & Pepper

Steps

1. Add basil, parsley, garlic, and lemon juice to a blender or food processor & pulse until smooth.

2. Slowly drizzle in 2-4 tbsp olive oil.

3. Add 16 oz of cottage cheese, salt & pepper to taste, and blend again until smooth.

4. Serve with Multigrain Tortilla Chips and enjoy!
