Garden Salsa

Yield

4-5 cups

 

Ingredients

  • 6 tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 small jalapeno peppers (leave the seeds for added kick)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/4 cup + fresh cilantro
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Food Should Taste Good Multigrain Tortilla Chips

Steps

1. Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse about 10 or so times until all ingredients are combined and diced. Stop before it becomes too soupy.

2. Taste and add more ingredients as desired.

3. Transfer to a bowl. Serve with Food Should Taste Good Multigrain Tortilla Chips & enjoy!

Pro tip: Refrigerate the salsa for 1 day prior to serving to allow the flavors to marry and meld.
