Ingredients
- 1 cup raw Cashews
- ¾-1 cup hot water
- 2 tbsp Nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp Salt
- Kalamata olives
- One garlic clove
Steps
1. Add cashews to blender and cover with boiling water for 10 minutes. Blend until smooth.
2. Add nutritional yeast, chili powder, turmeric, salt, and garlic. Blend until smooth.
3. Garnish with additional chili powder or paprika if desired. Serve with Blue Corn Tortilla Chips. Enjoy!
